Wi-Fi is how and in many cases the only way our devices can access the internet.  For these devices to work properly you need to tune your Wireless network just as large businesses do.  I offer a data driven approach to tune your home and small business Wi-Fi network.

What I will gather:

• Using a provided floor plan conduct an Active and Passive Wireless assessment and analysis. This will map out the Wireless in your environment, and show Wireless throughput (what you actually can download from the Internet) at different locations in your residence.
• Compile a list of the issues you have with your wireless network, the devices on your wireless network and the model of your Wireless Router/Access Points/Repeaters.
• Review the settings on your Wireless Router.

From this I will:

• Make recommendations and change the settings on your Wireless Router or devices to Best Practices and reconduct the wireless assessment. While this will solve some of your Wi-Fi issues it may not solve all of them.
• Provide you the Survey Results and the settings of your Wireless Router
• Give guidance on what else needs to be done or purchased  so you can have the optimal Wi-Fi network.
